About Keesha

Just like most of us, Keesha is a certified graduate of the school of Hard Knocks. Growing up in foster care and group homes most of her childhood. She also struggled most of her adult life with homelessness, abusive relationships and staying healthy despite her diagnosis of Systemic Lupus. "Whether we acknowledge it or not, we all have choices, and I choose happiness, every time!" says Keesha.

Keesha has always been known as being spiritually insightful. Even as a child, her ability to follow her inner guidance and instinctively understand spiritual truths astound those who knew her. The core of all her work has been using her talents and skills as a conduit for Divine Spirit to communities and individuals giving them the opportunity to tap into their 'God Spark.'

She completed her Bachelors degree in Communications at Charter Oak State College and her Coaching Core Competencies at Coach U in 2005.

On her mission to support people in the awakening of their goodness and connection to Infinite Source, In September 2007, she became an ordained Humanism Minister.

Keesha has spent the majority of her professional life in the non profit sector. She developed an award-winning women's empowerment network of over 400 participants, the Healthy Divas, which spanned throughout the northeast ti-state area (Connecticut, New York & Massachusetts) the group has been replicated to serve the Hispanic populations, the Diva Sana's. She won thousands of dollars in grant funding, and had the privilege to work along side research scientist at Yale University School of Public Health and Epidemiology, co-authoring with them a Breast Cancer intervention research study for African American women. The study went onto win a poster presentation at the American Cancer Society Public Health convention in 2007.

She has spent a year as a Fellow for the Connecticut Health Foundation,which was a year long study of health disparities in the minority communities in the state of Connecticut.
After having a heart attack in 2006 and a stroke in 2007, Keesha began doubling up her efforts to live in greater spiritual congruence. She started her spiritual life guidance practice Inner Wisdom's Way. Her work focuses on supporting others in evolving their consciousness through love, compassion, self awareness, and connecting to higher purpose.

Her new direction is assisting soul mates on their path and teach other about the Spiritual Laws She assists soul mates by combining her own intuitive gifts and her professional coaching techniques.
